PAYMENT - Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, but cash or cheque would be accepted

DEPOSITS - To be paid within one week of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE (1st night per person)

FULL BALANCE - To be paid 1 week before arrival, or by arrangement.

CANCELLATION

Please inform us if for any reason you have to cancel or shorten your stay with us.

2 weeks, 14 days before your arrival date - HALF payment will be required.

1 week, 7 days before your arrival date - FULL payment will be required.

Once here, if you leave early - FULL payment will be required.

All bookings are to be paid in full on or before arrival.

We will try our best to re-let your booking and where possible a refund will be issued.

It is your personal responsibility to make sure you have travel insurance. We do not accept any responsibility for you not being able to travel due to ill health and/or travel restrictions or any other means resulting in you not being able to travel.
